Art of Dogs – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing the Art of Dogs team! Our goal is for both you and your four-legged friend to enjoy the products you purchase from us. If you wish to return an item, here’s everything you need to know.

1️⃣ Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you can request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

For EU Customers:
Within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase and return the product within 14 days without providing a reason.

2️⃣ When can you return an item?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
✔️ In the same condition as received (new, unused, unwashed)
✔️ With all original tags attached
✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

This applies to:
🐾 Dog products (collars, harnesses, clothing, beds, etc.)
🐾 Owner products (dog-themed T-shirts, mugs, accessories, etc.)

3️⃣ How to return an item?

Please contact us:

(Subject: “Return – [Order Number]”)

Include in your message:
– Order number
– Which item you’d like to return
– Reason for the return

We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Ship the product back to the provided address:
📦 [PLEASE INSERT RETURN ADDRESS HERE]

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

4️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items

Please check your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us if:
🐾 Your dog’s collar is faulty
🐾 Your T-shirt is damaged
🐾 An item is missing or incorrect

We’ll resolve the issue quickly!

5️⃣ Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:
🚫 Perishable goods (dog biscuits, treats)
🚫 Personalized / custom-made items (engraved tags, etc.)
🚫 Personal care & hygiene items (shampoos, cosmetics)
🚫 Hazardous materials (sprays, liquids)
🚫 Gift cards

➡️ Sale items are returnable under the same conditions as regular products.

6️⃣ Return Costs

• Domestic (Hungary): Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (except in the case of defective items).

• International: The customer covers the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs fees.

7️⃣ Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or product:
1️⃣ Return the original item
2️⃣ Once refunded, place a new order for the desired product

8️⃣ Refund Process

– We’ll confirm receipt of your return within 5 business days
– If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method
– Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund
